What is sterling silver? Is it real silver?
Yes, sterling silver is real silver. It is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper, which is why it is also stamped 925. Pure silver alone is too soft for everyday jewelry, so the copper is added for durability without sacrificing the bright, clean look of silver.
Will sterling silver tarnish or turn my skin green?
Sterling silver can tarnish over time when exposed to air, moisture, and chemicals โ but tarnish is easy to remove with a soft cloth or mild soap and water. Skin discoloration is rare with sterling silver and is usually caused by contact with lotions, perfumes, or sweat. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin?
Our sterling silver pieces are generally well-tolerated by sensitive skin. Sterling silver is considered one of the safer metals for everyday wear. If you have a known copper allergy, we recommend choosing pieces with a gold vermeil finish, which adds a layer of 14k or 18k gold over the sterling silver base.
What is gold vermeil? How is it different from regular gold plating?
Gold vermeil is a substantial coating of 14k or 18k solid gold applied over a sterling silver base. It is more durable and higher quality than standard gold plating, which typically uses a base metal like brass or copper underneath. Vermeil pieces last significantly longer with proper care. What gemstones and crystals do you use?
We use a range of genuine natural stones including tiger's eye, agate, lapis lazuli, opal, and freshwater and baroque pearls. Each stone is selected for its quality and natural character. You can find a full description of every material we use on our Materials page.
Are your pearls real?
Yes. We use cultured freshwater pearls and baroque pearls โ both are real pearls grown in oysters and freshwater mussels. Cultured pearls are genuine pearls; the only difference from wild pearls is that the process begins with human assistance. Each pearl is individually selected for its luster and quality.
Can I wear your jewelry every day?
Yes. Many of our pieces are designed specifically for everyday wear โ look for the Everyday Basic label in our collections. For best results, remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or applying skincare products, and store it in the pouch provided when not wearing it.

How do I find my ring size?

How do I measure my wrist for a bracelet?
Measure around your wrist with a soft tape or strip of paper, then add 1 to 2 cm for a comfortable fit. Our Bracelet Size Guide has a full chart matching wrist measurements to recommended bracelet sizes.
What necklace length should I choose?
The right length depends on your neckline and preference. A choker (30 to 35 cm) sits at the base of the throat, a collarbone necklace (40 to 45 cm) works with most tops, and a pendant (50 to 60 cm) sits at the chest. Our Necklace Length Guide has a visual chart to help.
What size hoop earrings should I get?

How do I clean sterling silver jewelry at home?
Mix a few drops of mild dish soap with warm water, soak your piece for 2 to 3 minutes, then gently scrub with a soft toothbrush. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry immediately โ never air dry, as moisture causes tarnish. A silver polishing cloth also removes light tarnish quickly. How should I store my jewelry to prevent tarnishing?
Store each piece in an airtight pouch or zip-lock bag to limit air exposure. Keep jewelry in a cool, dry place โ away from the bathroom, where steam and humidity speed up tarnishing. Storing pieces separately also prevents scratching.
Can I wear silver jewelry in the shower or while swimming?
We recommend removing silver jewelry before showering, swimming, or using a hot tub. Soap residue, chlorine, and salt water all accelerate tarnishing and can dull the finish over time. For gold vermeil pieces, water exposure can also wear down the gold layer more quickly.

What are the shipping fees and delivery times?
Orders under $59 USD have a flat shipping fee of $8 USD. Orders of $59 USD and over qualify for free shipping, applied automatically at checkout. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- United States: 6 to 12 business days
- United Kingdom: 6 to 10 business days
- Australia: 5 to 10 business days
- All other countries: 6 to 12 business days
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipping begins.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to monitor your shipment with the carrier. If you did not receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at souladorne@outlook.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at souladorne@outlook.com if you need to make changes. We process orders within 2 to 5 business days, so changes can only be made before the order enters fulfillment. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition with tags attached, and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at souladorne@outlook.com with your order details. If accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Can I exchange an item?
