We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items: sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at souladorne@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours. If accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Send the item to: 121 Eley Road, Blackburn South VIC 3130, Australia.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new separate order once your return is accepted. This ensures you get the item you want without delay.

To start an exchange, follow the same process as a return — email us at souladorne@outlook.com.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at souladorne@outlook.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at souladorne@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.
